Keeping our promises to our global clients is the core value of B-NAI. This week, our workshop team has been working efficiently to finish a multi-product order. The container is a mixed load, combining two of our most popular lines: Resilient Rubber Joints and Rigid Metal Bellows. By combining these products into one shipment, we helped our client optimize their shipping space and reduce logistics costs.
1. Part 1: Flanged Rubber Expansion Joints (DN50 – DN400)
The first half of the order consists of standard and medium-diameter rubber bellows, made with high-purity EPDM rubber and reinforced with multi-layer nylon cord.
2. Part 2: Stainless Steel Corrugated Bellows (SS304)
The second half of the shipment features our durable axial metal expansion joints.
Construction Details: Precision hydro-formed SS304 bellows with carbon steel welding ends. Our expert welders utilized TIG welding to ensure seamless joints between the flexible convolutions and the rigid steel pipe connections.
3. Cargo Protection for Safe Ocean Voyage
To prevent any damage during the long ocean journey, every product goes through a standardized packing workflow:
Visual & Pressure Check: 100% of the joints are inspected for surface flaws and pressure-tested.
Moisture Barrier: Wrapped in thick plastic film to shield the metal flanges from humid and salty sea air.
Sturdy Wooden Cases: Fixed into fumigation-free wooden crates, firmly braced with timber blocks to avoid inner shifting.
